Ordering & Payments
How do I place an order?
You can order online 24 hours a day on our website or by phone at +1 (813) 532-2786, Monday – Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Will there be sales tax on my order?
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped within Florida.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashier’s checks, and PayPal.
Orders paid with money orders or cashier’s checks will be held for 10 business days before processing.
We offer Financing through Affirm and PayPal Pay Later. Select your financing option at checkout on our website to finance your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Custom orders cannot be canceled. All other standard orders can be canceled within 48 hours of the original purchase date by contacting us via telephone at +1 (813) 532-2786 or via email at sales@v8roadsters.com.

How long will it take for my order to process?
Domestic Orders – In Stock: Are typically filled following payment confirmation. Note that many items require assembly, production, and/or ship factory direct and may require substantial additional time to ship.
Domestic Orders – Built to Order: Lead times vary, and it is best to contact us before placing an order by telephone at +1 (813) 532-2786 or by email at sales@v8roadsters.com.
Do you ship International?
Yes, via FedEx. Rates are available through the website or via email. Shipping costs charged by our site do NOT include any duties/taxes which get applied by customs at the border. Buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees for receipt of the shipment.
How will my items be shipped?
Our standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. For expedited shipping options, please contact us by email or phone. Upon checkout, you can check quotes for all shipping options by simply entering a state and zip code. Please note that multi-item shipments may be higher at checkout. We will double-check the shipping cost for each order and refund the shipping difference to the original payment form. This refund is typically seen back in your order within 3-5 business days. For your protection, orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is updated via your order number through our website. You will also receive tracking notifications directly from FedEx at the time of shipment.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
The shipping carrier (FedEx) is responsible for delivering your order in good condition. If your package arrives damaged, please notify the delivery driver immediately if you are present, and also contact us right away by phone or email.
Damage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all boxes, packing materials, warranty cards, etc. If your order was shipped truck freight, it is vital that you note damage on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt.

Warning & Warranty
V8R parts are sold for off-road use only, with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the installer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the component or kit for that particular application. The end user assumes all responsibility for product use. Professional installation is required.

Can I return products that I’ve purchased?
Qualifying products can be returned within 31 days of order arrival. There are no returns or exceptions for product returns outside of the 31-day window.
Custom parts, installed items, and used items are not eligible for returns. If a product is deemed defective and a replacement is required, the original parts must be returned first unless otherwise approved by V8R. V8R is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of unaccepted damaged items. V8R is not responsible for damage that accrues during return shipping. Please add insurance to your return order. Damaged items will not be accepted for return.
Are there restocking or repackaging fees on items returned?
Yes, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded once we receive and inspect your return.
There is an additional 15% re-boxing fee for items not returned in their original packaging or resealable.
Do I need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns?
Yes, an RMA number is required and can be obtained by emailing us at sales@v8roadsters.com. 31 days after an RMA approval, the eligibility for return expires.
