The RX8 requires a unique clutch system as the firewall is not square. Our clutch kit includes a custom 6061-T6 aluminum adapter bracket. Wilwood pro series shorty master cylinder, stainless DOT approved supply and bleed lines with the correct slave fitting. The fluid is drawn the master directly from the OE reservoir.

    Great experience
    Ordered this for my RX8 LS3 swap W/ T56 Magnum, I am not using the V8Roadsters kit but rather a custom set of mounts. When I got the package there was no adapter for the firewall; I contacted customer support and the NEXT DAY!!! I got a package with this piece. (And I am located in CANADA) GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! THANK YOU
    **This fit perfectly for the Short LS1 Style slave cylinder. Easy to bleed and looks nice.

Does this fit a tr6060? The fittings on the release bearings are not the same in t56 and tr6060 Steini Grimurgodi asked on May 24, 2025

Hi Steini - The standard line does not, but we do have a 6060 compatible line. If looking for this option please leave 6060 in the order notes.

Hi your rx8 clutch kit does it come with the oil holder? Can yiu run the power steering of it as well. I believe the rx8 one does both clutch and steering? George Veleski asked on December 31, 2020

Hi George - the RX8 clutch kit uses the fluid from the joint reservoir for the brakes and clutch. It can be run on a independent reservoir if desired, but can not be used with the power steering system.

Different MC, same question 🙂 what's the bore of the MC in the LSx clutch kit? I assume it's bigger than the one in the LFX kit (13/16") and that's why this kit costs more? Thanks for any information. BTW, I'm not swapping engines. I'm just trying to replace the stock clutch MC with a slightly larger one, to shorten the clutch pedal travel. Hi Reid - both kits use a 13/16" master. The price difference is between the supplied lines and fittings. The LSx uses an additional line with fittings.
