V8R Return & Refund Policy
Please note: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
1. Receiving Your Order
Inspect Immediately: Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items thoroughly for damage or missing parts.
If you find any shipping-related damage or breakage, report it immediately, directly to the shipping carrier, and notify us at sales@v8roadsters.com.
2. Return Eligibility (31-Day Window)
You have 31 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This timeframe is firm and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unused and uninstalled. In their complete, original, and undamaged packaging, suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Items:
-
- Any installed or used parts.
- Custom-made or special-order parts.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Get an RMA Number: Email sales@v8roadsters.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed. 31 days after an RMA approval, the eligibility for return expires.
Step 2: Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Step 3: Ship Your Return: Ship the item back to V8R.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. V8R is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit. Damaged returns cannot be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Processing & Fees
Once received and inspected, eligible returns are subject to:
- A 15% restocking fee.
- An additional 15% re-boxing fee if the original packaging is missing, damaged, or not in resalable condition.
These fees will be deducted from your refund amount. If a returned item arrives damaged or is otherwise ineligible, it will not be accepted for a refund. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of the unaccepted item back to you.
Refund processing time: once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
5. Defective Items & Warranty
Suspected Defects: If you believe an item is defective, please contact us at sales@v8roadsters.com. Generally, we require the original part to be returned for inspection before a replacement can be sent, unless we make an alternative arrangement.
Manufacturer Warranty: Items still under the manufacturer’s warranty may need to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange is approved.
