Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items (Domestic): Orders for in-stock items typically begin processing following successful payment confirmation.
Assembly & Production Time: Please note that many V8R items require assembly, production, or ship directly from the factory. These processes can add substantial time beyond standard processing. We appreciate your patience as we prepare these specialized components.
Built-to-Order Items (Domestic): Lead times for built-to-order items vary considerably. For the most accurate estimate, we strongly recommend contacting us at sales@v8roadsters.com before placing your order.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Standard Method: Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx Ground.
Expedited Options: For faster shipping options, please contact us via email sales@v8roadsters.com or phone (+1 (813) 532-2786) before placing your order.
Shipping Quotes: You can get shipping quotes for all available options during checkout by entering your state and zip code.
Multi-Item Shipment Costs: Shipping costs for orders with multiple items may initially be calculated higher at checkout. We review the actual shipping cost for every order and will refund any significant difference back to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.
Signature Requirement: For your protection, orders totaling over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
Availability: Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx.
Rates: Shipping rates can be calculated during checkout or requested via email.
Duties & Taxes: Please be aware: Shipping costs charged by V8R do NOT include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. The destination country’s customs office assesses these charges, and they are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Payment of these fees is typically required for customs to release the shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated on our website (accessible via your order number).
You will also receive tracking notifications directly from FedEx via email at the time of shipment.
Damaged Shipments
Carrier Responsibility: Ensuring merchandise arrives in good condition is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (FedEx).
Immediate Steps: If your order arrives damaged:
- Inform the delivery driver immediately, if possible.
- Contact V8R right away via phone (+1 (813) 532-2786) or email sales@v8roadsters.com. Damage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Keep all original boxes, packing materials, and contents, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
Truck Freight: If your order arrived via truck freight, it is crucial to note any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing the delivery receipt.
