11ga laser cut and formed plates to box in the frame rails after removing the rear tabs in the engine bay for added strength. Weld in and trim these reinforcements as needed.

Along with being structurally necessary for V8 installation, you cannot beat the price if you were to consider buying the steel then spending the the time cutting it and bending it which makes it darned cheap to buy. A 5 star deal for sure!
Great quality brackets. They were smaller than I originally imagined but fit well, welded in great, and appear to do the job. Worth the price to save an hour of time fabricating my own.
