This subframe is for the creative! We build everything but the motor mounts. V8R tubular subframe provides a 8 pound, 25%, saving over the factory NC subframe. Built from DOM tubing. All mounting and suspension points are laser cut for precision fitment and alignment and fixture welded. Our tubular subframe improves rigidity aiding in improved handling and steering feedback. Increased engine bay room allows forced induction cars more options for routing. Ease of service with additional working room. What is it going to be? Rotary, V8, V6 you decide. Hi Kyle - Yes, it can. This subframe uses the NC steering rack mounts which are different from the RX8. We can build this unit without those welded in place.

Yes, this subrame does use the NC miata rack to increase the available working room. You will be be able to use all of the RX8 suspension carries over. We do not have a mounting solution for the 1jz etc. The subframe does not sit lower or affect ground clearance.

Hi Brandon - I just read the description and updated it. It was carried over from our NA/B model.
Yes, the subframe fit the RX8. It would require the use of the NC Miata(2006-2015)steering rack or we can build it without steering racks and you can weld on your desired mounts.
