No more sheared rear hubs! This is not a modified OEM hub for another application. V8R hubs are engineered with similar futures of our stage 2 and stage 3 drive line kits, that have withstood 800+whp and extreme lateral loads seen in our LSx track cars, but for stock spline axles. The hubs are machined from 1045 billet steel starting at 18lbs. The wheel mating flange is 30% thicker than OEM and the inner radii of the hub have been increased by over .500". The hubs are finished in a black oxide coating to help extend service life and provide corrosion protection. Designed to take the abuse of the largest wheel and tire sizes available, and for today's fastest track cars. Includes extended studs and can be used with our PnP stage1 axles as a stage2 upgrade. The quality of of these parts is top-notch. I almost felt bad installing such beautiful parts. It's a direct 1 to 1 fit and with the ARP studs added I won't be worrying about my rear hubs anymore.
"30%" thicker doesn't do the hub justice; honestly looks twice as beefy when compared with the stock hubs. Fit and finish were perfect, included ARP studs pressed into the hubs with no drama, and paired perfectly with another brands rear drop hubs. Don't know what else to say; it's a hub, and it'll definitely make me sleep better at night on race weekends.
