The NC LFX builders kit is designed to use the stock subframe. The kit includes tubular engine mounts and and transmission cross member with Energy polyurethane mounts. Sway bar spacers are included to clear the LFX balancer and use of our tubular sway front bar or a custom sway bar is required. The kit requires a small 8x1" section to be removed from the center arch of the subframe(a weld in plate is included, but not required). Images may differ from actual product.

Hi Micah,
The subframe will bolt into the RX8 chassis. The engine mounting locations and steering rack are made for the NC MZR and will not adapt to the RX8 components. The engine placements are different between the two platforms and the NC is not compatible.

Hi Melvin - the kit uses the GM MV5 transmission from the Camaro donor. The stock transmission is not suitable to the LFX.
